Ratanhia is a shrub found growing in Peru. Its roots contain a powerful astringent active ingredient that has many useful applications when it comes to shrinking or constricting body tissues naturally.

Rhatany is mostly used as a herbal remedy for ailments related to the mouth and throat and is usually added to toothpastes and mouthwashes to help reduce gum inflammation.
